Figs showed up at the Hollywood Farmer’s Market. One of our
favorite dishes to make with figs is Chicken and Figs. Crispy chicken skin, sweet figs and onions and a wonderful sauce - what a winner!
We always serve it over Cous-Cous. It is easy to make and delicious. We highly recommend this dish, we
have made it many many times. The key is to get fresh figs! The recipe is from
